The Mitchell County Press is going to be open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the rest of the week.

Mitchell County is a rural community that is located in the western part of the state of Tennessee. It is a tourist area with a population of around 35,000 people. The population is split between whites and blacks. The area is known for its many farms and ranches.
The Mitchell County community of Mitchell is one of the most family-friendly in the state. It is home to many area churches and schools. Its schools are also an excellent location for a range of recreational activities, including a well-equipped playground and a large swimming pool with a deep end.
