I’m not sure if you read my review of my book The Power of Positive Thinking or heard me on the news podcast download, but something I’ve been thinking a lot lately is how important it is to take good care of your body. I used to think that I was always well aware of this, but I’m not. I’ve been a huge fitness fan for a few years now and it’s been very helpful.
I also do a lot of yoga and meditation. Ive recently started playing a lot of tennis and I love it. I was also reading The Secret, which is a great book about how to improve your relationship with your body and how to use it better.

I’ve read the books mentioned above and there are a number of other great books, like My Book List by Tim Ferriss, which is a great book to go through and check out if you’re interested in improving your relationships with your body and how to use it better.
Another book I read recently was “The 5 Laws of Power” by Malcolm Gladwell. This book is about how to use your mind, body, and soul to your advantage.
Gladwell’s book is more of a how-to book than it is about how to use your mind, body, and soul to your advantage. However, it has a great section specifically about meditation, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about how to use your mind to your advantage.
I use a lot of meditation to calm my mind, improve my heart rate, and to better sleep. One of my favorite techniques is to close my eyes and visualize what I want to accomplish, and to move my body to that visualization. This is a technique that I use often and I usually visualize a task that I’m going to accomplish. I usually move my body to that visualization and just imagine myself doing it. It works really well for me.
I found a video that has a very similar approach for meditation. He uses the video to visualize what he wants to accomplish, and then he imagines himself doing it.
Some of the tools that this technique allows you to use on your own are visualizations, meditation, and goal-setting. You can use them like a computer program to help you achieve your goals.
